20/05/05    Waste Recycling Groups Public Exhibition

While Waste Recycling Group held a public exhibition on their planned expansion of the Eastcroft Cancer Factory. NAIL took the opportunity to tell the public the other side of the incineration story, the side WRG didn’t cover in their glossy brochures. They didn’t tell the public about the cocktail of heavy metals and cancer-causing substances being emitted 24/7.

NAIL handed out flyers CLICK HERE and asked the public to sign a petition apposing the incineration expansion.

Later in the day around 45 local residents including parents and children joined NAIL in the protest. They came complete with banners, placards, musical instruments, costumes, jugglers and poi.
