Hazel Blares has over-ruled the Planning decision by Nottingham City Council and given WRG permission to expand, subject to no further appeal. We have instructed our Lawyers to consider the evidence on whether we have a case to take the Government to the High Courts, we expect a decision in a weeks time.

WRG have written to the Planning inspectorate confirming that they have not submitted a completed Environmental Statement before the deadline. yet again this shows the incompetence of WRG management.
